If you are reporting a problem, attach the diagnostics: open Settings → Diagnostics → COPY THE DIAGNOSTICS and paste it into the email. It contains the state of the app and of the database, and no passwords and no tokens.
How you sign in
With an email address and a password. If you forgot your password, write to me from the address you registered with and we will sort it out.
Does my Health data end up online?
No. Weight, steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts read from the Health app stay on the phone. What syncs is your plans, your sessions and your profile.
There is one exception, and you choose it: Karol. When you ask it something, the app sends what you type or photograph to an external service — and, only if you allow it, your health context as well (weight, steps, sleep, heart rate). It asks you before the first request, and you can say no and keep using everything else. The details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes, and that is the point: gyms often have no signal. Everything you do is written on the phone first and goes up when the network comes back. The only thing that needs a network is creating your account.
Does the rest timer ring with the screen off?
Yes. The end-of-rest notification arrives with the screen off and the phone vibrates: between two sets the phone is in your pocket, not in your hand.
How do I move my data to another phone?
With Gold it syncs on its own: sign in with the same account and it is there. Without Gold you use the export — one button writes everything to a file, another one puts it back. The price list is in Pricing.
How do I cancel Gold?
Where you bought it: the subscription settings of the App Store or those of Google Play. When it ends nothing is deleted: plans, sessions and meals stay where they are.
How do I delete my account?
From “You” → Account → Delete account. It takes all of your data off the servers, including published plans. It cannot be undone.
